Job Description What will you take care of? You will be inserted in the legal department where you will have the chance to deal with following activities.
· Experience cooperation.
you will work together with within the Legal Department, experiencing the complexity relations inside a of a large multinational company such as Bosch.
· Use creativity and scope for development.
your ideas and hints for improvement will be valued and you will find an environment eager to promote your professional development.
· Reliable implementation.
you will support in the revision of different kinds of contracts (commercial contracts, supply of goods and services agreements, terms and conditions of use for online platforms/websites, license agreements, cooperation contracts, NDA, etc.); you will perform legal research and support the company functions and internal reports.
You will also support in corporate secretarial activities.
· Experience internationality.
Bosch is a German-based company, with international footprint, so you will have the chance to experience an international environment on a daily basis.
Qualifications What distinguishes you? Education.
Master’s Degree in Law (preferably Master Thesis in Commercial or Civil Law).
Preferably, qualification as lawyer.
Experience and know-how.
previous experience or interest in Privacy Law, IT Law (preferred but not required);  Languages.
Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level B2), German as a plus.
Required skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Office package, strong attitude to teamwork, excellent organizational skills.
Additional Information Internships foresee reimbursement at Bosch Italia.
Depending on the level of your education, you will reimbursed with euros (gross)/month.
