LEGAL INTERN

Missoni is seeking for a Legal Intern that will support the Head of Legal in the activities related to the field of retail and wholesale contracts, commercial law, licenses, intellectual property, compliance and, in general, legal support to various Missoni internal departments.
• Assisting in drafting and reviewing different contracts, in English and in Italian (e.
.
agency and distribution contracts; commercial, consultancy, services, marketing and partnership agreements, etc.); • Supporting in preparing memoranda and opinions for the benefit of internal clients; • Supporting in preparing answers to legal questions and in legal researches; • Helping in elaborating standard agreements and archiving files; • Supporting in collecting signatures and preparing cover's presentation for the contracts.
• Master’s degree in law, preferably with a major in Commercial Law • Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written, knowledge of other languages is considered a plus • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skill • Attention to details and a high degree of accuracy are a must • Passionate, flexible individual with a proactive approach • Full commitment in terms of time and effort • High ethical standards and high level of discretion and integrity
