in this role, you will be supporting the success of the art’otel brand, with greatest focus on  art’otel rome piazza sallustio, the new lifestyle 5* boutique hotel in rome.
ou will work closely with the pr & marketing manager in rome and the focus will be bringing to life the product & brand across various marketing touchpoints – online, offline & experiential.
your role will include but not be limited to the following.
support with designing of creatives for hotel, restaurant, bar & events support with copywriting for websites for hotel, restaurant, bar & events ensure all commercial teams are up-to-date on hotel happenings, art’beat cultural program events & art exhibition in the hotel’s art gallery.
support with organization of pr visits for hotels, restaurants & bars website updates for hotels, restaurants and bars designing & printing of collateral to promote hotel, restaurant, bar, event or to enhance the guest experience.
support with logistics for new art exhibitions, exciting events & seasonal promotions support in compiling pr & marketing reports for stakeholder meetings support with email marketing campaigns and newsletters ensure our content drives & online portals are efficiently organized and up to date support in ensuring our 3rd party online listings are up to date support overall marketing team efforts with ongoing admin support at  pphe hotel group,  we think that it is important for our interns to personally and professionally develop during their time working with us.
his position is only applicable for students who are currently studying and available as of  september for a minimum period of 6 months.
what we are looking for.
someone who is sparky, creative, enthusiastic and not a stranger to the worlds of restaurants, bars & hotels.
currently studying at bachelor level (or higher) in marketing, business administration, communications, branding.

proficiency in english (both spoken and written) a must eager to learn marketing & bring their creativity to the table.
no idea is too crazy for us! experience with canva, indesign, adobe photoshop is a bonus ability to set goals and accomplish them within given timeframes hands-on and capable of working independently, plus enjoy working in a team highly organised and systematic approach to work plus strong in execution and eye for detail strong analytical skills, whilst staying curious and creative proactive and self-driven you know what is hot, what is on trend, and what is not! why join us? no matter what level you are in our organisation, we will encourage your creativity.
