Chief of Staff Role Overview A professional and highly discreet Housekeeper is required to join a prestigious private household.
The successful candidate will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and care across multiple residences, ensuring comfort, privacy, and discretion at all times.
This role demands exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work seamlessly as part of a wider household team.
Key Responsibilities Maintain all rooms, furnishings, and fittings to an immaculate standard, using appropriate specialist cleaning methods for heritage items and fine fabrics Provide wardrobe care, including couture garments, ceremonial attire, linens, and footwear Assist with formal table preparation, service, and hospitality for high-level events Prepare guest suites and reception areas for VIP visitors Pack and unpack for domestic and international travel, ensuring all items are ready for immediate use Collaborate with household, security, and event staff to ensure smooth daily operations Uphold strict levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times Essential Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a housekeeping role within a high-profile private household, luxury estate, diplomatic residence, or five-star hospitality environment Knowledge of caring for fine materials, antiques, and special garments Proven ability to maintain exceptional standards in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to travel internationally at short notice Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times Personal Attributes Impeccable personal presentation Calm, adaptable, and able to work under pressure Strong sense of service and pride in maintaining excellence
