contratto di somministrazione 6/12 mesi finalità assuntiva Responsabilità La risorsa sarà inserita nel team European Procurement con sede a Milano e riporterà direttamente al Tactical Team Manager IBERIA & ITALY.
Collaborerà a stretto contatto con le diverse funzioni aziendali, contribuendo al corretto svolgimento dei processi di approvvigionamento e all’ottimizzazione dei flussi interni.
In particolare la figura ideale si occuperà di.
- Emissione ordini di acquisto SAP e gestione richieste di acquisto WISE - Negoziazione con i Fornitori per necessità spot di valore < 20k € - Formazione e supporto agli utenti rispetto all’utilizzo dell’applicativo Wise - Formazione agli utenti rispetto al processo Procure to Pay - Formazione e supporto agli utenti rispetto alle nuove procedure implementate da - Procurement - Gestione non conformità aperte nei confronti dei Fornitori - Gestione anomalie rilevate sulle fatture fornitori rispetto a discrepanze di prezzo - Identificare e proporre opportunità di automatizzazione del flusso acquisti, tramite cataloghi - Gestione modifiche anagrafiche fornitori per dati non critici
