​ Main responsibilities.
Perform scrap analysis and identify trends to support process improvements.
Support the implementation of managerial action plans and supervise technical corrective actions.
Support in project management activities in collaboration with stakeholders from other departments and plants.
Assist in audits and the development or improvement of internal procedures.
Support validation activities related to material management and process capability.
Monitor and improve KPIs related to qualitative returns and product conformity.
Ensure the application and tracking of quality indicators within the production area.
Contribute to delivering innovative solutions aimed at eliminating process-related flaws.
Support the escalation process for unresolved cross-functional issues in critical product lines Main requirements.
Educational background in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Materials Engineering).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and levels within the organization.
Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and using it to inform decisions.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
