Your key responsibilities will include Day-to-day coordination preventive checks of data flows between systems.
Checking adherence to agreed processes; continuous improvement.
Addressing data quality problems and ensuring root causes are fixed.
Supporting department SMEs in troubleshooting complex problems (but not taking away responsibility from department SMEs).
Designing testing and upgrading systems while working closely with IT.
What are we looking for Experience with systems such as ERP MES Track & Trace Labware data collection is nice-to-have.
Proven experience with working with systems in Production environment is required.
Formal education in IT is NOT a must.
Good communication skills required including skills to explain complex issues in a clear way.
A person that is structured and can teach others how to properly execute procedures.
A person that enjoys working with systems and likes to investigate complex problems.
