You will put your hands on different challenges working within a dynamic, markedly young and international environment, and you will have the opportunity to face a stimulating and constantly evolving business strongly focused on innovation and technology.
It is an unmissable opportunity to give your contribution to important transformation projects within EssilorLuxottica's Engineer Business unit.
Main responsabilities   Conduct time and method studies to analyze and measure labor operations for defining production cycles.
Estimate labor costs to support product pricing and commercial evaluations.
Ensure data governance and standardization by verifying alignment and compliance across different regions.
Support budgeting activities by forecasting and planning operations, including system updates for process changes, automation, or inter-plant transfers.
Perform benchmarking analysis to compare processes and performance across multiple production plants.
Extract and process data from production cycles to generate key insights and performance indicators.
Main requirements.
Educational background in Engineering (any specialization).
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Solid experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
Proven programming experience, preferably in automation or data-related applications.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to different stakeholders.
Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
