Job Description Job Role.
Interpret creative briefs and deliver visually engaging design and content.
Plan and manage projects based on campaign timelines and departmental needs.
Create digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
Produce high-quality photography and videography to support marketing and guest experience.
Develop and schedule content for social media, aligned with brand tone and aesthetics.
Test, adapt, and optimize visuals across various media formats.
Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing on print production aligned with brand standards.
Maintain an organized asset library for design and multimedia content.
Capture photo and video content during key events and activations.
Stay current with design, content, and luxury branding trends.

Ability to contribute to local community and make a difference through our Sustainability programs Qualifications Your Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar creative role within a luxury or international hospitality brand.
Strong portfolio showcasing design, photography, videography, and visual storytelling across formats.
Proficient in both mobile and professional camera work, capturing lifestyle, product, and resort visuals.
Skilled in advanced editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and DaVinci Resolve.
Solid understanding of composition, lighting, framing, colour theory and brand-aligned visual style.
Confident in producing digital-first assets optimized for social media, web, and print.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
A creative thinker with a proactive mindset and a sharp eye for aesthetics, capable of adapting brand guidelines.
Clear communicator with the ability to interpret briefs and collaborate across departments.
Previous experience in luxury resort or destination marketing is a plus.
