MX BUDGET MARKETING CONTROLLING COORDINATOR(OUTSOURCED)

Position Summary The candidate will support the Head of Mx Business Controlling in managing and coordinating Marketing Budget for Mobile Experience division.
In charge of cost tracking, monitoring and reporting.
He/She will also be in charge of developing and maintaining an excellent relation with Sales & Marketing teams in order to facilitate alignment on business topics in a business partnering view and run regular budget meetings, supporting local management in decision making process.
Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities.
Managing monthly Marketing Budget within procedures and amount allowed.
Supporting the team in the forecasting monthly process and pre-closing monthly process.
Analyzing and understanding monthly results.
Prepare dashboards (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) and analyse the main Division KPI.
Give support to monitor the maintenance of internal databases and collaborate to download data by account/model/distribution channel.
Skills and Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements.
Educational Background.
University Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering.
Professional Background.
minimum 3/5 years’ experience in controlling or business analysis roles.
Computer Knowledge.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Language Knowledge.
Good written and spoken English.
Other.
Relational and proactive skills, analytical mind-set and precision, goals oriented.
Proactivity, speediness and accuracy are key features of the candidate.
Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels and across functions and strong analytical mindset complete the ideal profile.
