Description.
On behalf of our client, residing in Milan, we are seeking an experienced after-school nanny for two baby girls aged 3 and 1, to teach English to them.
Key Responsibilities - Engaging the children.
Foster language learning, creativity, and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Boundary Setting and Role Modelling.
Establish clear, respectful boundaries with the children, guiding them through personal example.
The nanny will be with the little one from 12 to 4, then she will go to collect the eldest one to school (7 minutes walking), to stay with both of them until 8pm School and Activity Logistics.
Pick up children from school.
Facilitate and supervise extracurricular activities.
Room Maintenance.
Maintain tidiness and organization in the children’s rooms.
Teaching Responsibility.
Encourage children to learn and perform basic chores (e.
., tidying up, organizing toys) in an age-appropriate way.
Communication.
Serve as a liaison between the family and school, ensuring parents are informed of important updates.
