Our client, an international family residing in Milan, is seeking an experienced and dynamic after-school nanny/manny for two children aged 9 and 5, who attend a German school.
This role is ideal for a proactive and energetic candidate, with a fun and approachable demeanor.
It could be an afternoon job, but the family could offer a full time contract to cover for emergency Key Responsibilities -Engaging the children and develop their skills in a fun, encouraging manner.
-Boundary Setting and Role Modelling.
establish clear, respectful boundaries with the children, guiding them through personal example.
School and Activity Logistics.
Prepare snacks and activities bags for the day.
Pick up children from school.
Serve as a liaison between the family and school, ensuring parents are informed of important updates.
Facilitate and supervise sports, music lessons, or other extracurricular activities.
Ensure school bags and uniforms are ready for the next day.
Teaching Responsibility Homework assistance if needed, as well as integrated developmental activities such as reading books.
Light household tasks Shopping (for the children), washing the children's clothes, cooking for them.
Room Maintenance.
maintain tidiness and organization in the children’s rooms.
Encourage children to learn and perform basic chores (e.
., tidying up, organizing toys) in an age-appropriate way.
Required.
Fluency in English would be great, some German / Italian would be very helpful.

Working hours.
Monday to Friday from 2 to 7 or 8pm.
Full time if the candidate can cover the emergency.
