Based in Milan, NTT team will collaborate with customer’s IT team locally and internationally focusing on Network and Network Security infrastructure.
You will work on IT environment mainly focused on Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, F5, Vmware Velocloud, Riverbed technologies.
Being a member of this project, you will have the opportunity, at the same time, to join NTT, leader in Network Managed Services, and to work with a multinational company leader in Eye wear and Eye care industry, continuing to evolve your competencies and skills.
What you'll be doing As a Network Engineer L1, you act a role of Technical Engineer able to deliver simple projects and solve not complex infrastructure issues.
You will be dedicated to projects implementation team and IT infrastructure support and your main responsibilities will be.
Staging and infrastructure set-up; Physical installations and configurations; Functional testing and hands-on support to implementation team; Support Network Operations team in solving incidents, changes, request etc; Assist in maintenance and change management activities.
IT educational background; At least 1.
years of experience as Network Engineer in a multinational environment; Cisco Certifications (CCNA).
It is a plus to have other certifications from main vendors (Check Point/Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Vmware); Good organizational and communication skills; Able to work in a virtual and hybrid team; Customer oriented; Good knowledge of Italian and English (French is a plus); Available to travel aboard when required by customer; Available to be part of on-duty scheduling.
