Job Description Support in recruitment activities (CV screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling) Updating and managing HR databases and archives Participate in organizational analysis, data and information collection Supporting the onboarding process for new hires Assisting in the coordination of internal training (logistics, scheduling, collecting feedback) Providing support in the preparation of employment documents and internal communications Participating in cross-functional HR projects (welfare, employer branding, internal surveys, etc.) Qualifications Fluent in English (preferred Mother tongue) Attention to detail, confidentiality, and precision Ongoing or recently completed degree in fields such as Economics, Law, Political Science, or Statistic.
(Preferred Master’s degrees.
Economics, Marketing and Communication) Strong interest in "People field" and eagerness to learn Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Job Location Google Maps requires functional cookies to be enabled
