PIM SOLUTION COORDINATOR

Purpose of the position We are looking for a proactive and structured PIM (Product Information Management) Solution Coordinator to drive the evolution of our product data management processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the governance, quality, and ongoing development of our PIM platform to ensure that product information is accurate, consistent, and efficiently maintained across all categories and channels.
Main tasks and responsibilities Coordinate PIM Governance Work cross-functionally to establish and maintain governance practices, workflows, and data standards that ensure the accuracy and reliability of product information.
Process Development & Documentation Design and support onboarding, enrichment, and approval processes for product data.
Document these processes clearly to ensure consistency across categories and teams.
Project & Pipeline Execution Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of PIM-related development initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business priorities.
Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as a key liaison between business units, product managers, and IT to understand requirements, manage expectations, and drive adoption of PIM processes.
Data Quality Monitoring Help define and implement data quality checks and validation routines.
Monitor and escalate issues to ensure continuous improvement and high data integrity.
Training & Support Organize training and onboarding for internal users and contribute to awareness-building around PIM processes, roles, and responsibilities.
What you’ll need to succeed Experience working with PIM systems (e.
., inriver, Akeneo, or similar) Understanding of product data structures and lifecycle Project coordination or project management experience Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions A process-driven mindset and attention to detail Familiarity with data governance and workflow design is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines in a structured way Manage and drive PIM development- and integration projects with external partners Interested to join?
