The PMO-Manager is vested with the authority and responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling all the processes concurring to the products manufacturing or procurement, assembly, tests, and delivery to the customer as per the Statement of Work.
He is the counter part of the Technical Manager for the industrialization phase of the program and is taking care on the behalf of the Program manager of the proper implementation of all program requirements, in accordance with the applicable Plans.
He directly reports to the Program Manager.
