The candidate shall operate inside a system level core team and interface with the Agencies and Customers, therefore he shall have peculiar communication skill, pro-active attitude in facing and solving problems and be inclined to team working.
As a Project Office Manager practitioner, the candidate with at least 2 years of experience on manufacturing and financial aspects will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the PMO supporting the project management lifecycles and methodologies activities.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in managing of large-scale projects across a range of sectors and customers from the initial requirements-gathering phase to completion.
Proven ability to develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track project processes.
Proficient in ensuring on-time deliverables by ensuring effective coordination of resources and workforce.
Skilled in provide day- to-day leadership and management guidance to ensure the proper operational activities, controls, training, to support the execution of the business strategy.
Key duties ·       To manage the assigned budget in term of Cost and Schedule Control of the Programs.
·       To manage the Process Control actions of the Domain, in particular those actions decided within the Monthly Programs Reviews.
·       To support Projects requests in terms of resources adequacy and to manage intra Domain mobility of work and/or resources.
·       To manage the resources of the forecast programs in accordance with the approved commercial scenario.
·       To support the Mobility Committee.
·       To manage and monitors the competitiveness improvement process actions and results achievement ·       Report evidence of gaps and drifts as soon as appearing, for the benefit of the BidManager, the Project Manager and the WP Manager and propose recovery plans ·       Structuring and planning.
provide assistance to the Project Manager when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule and RAM - Consolidate corresponding workload.
·       Managing Risks & Opportunities.
elaborate and maintain the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans.
·       Producing KPIs.
prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up.
·       Monthly Progress report preparation with program core team and i/fwith Customer for clarification aspects if requested ·       Preparation of internal Companymonthly Dashboard jointly with CFO ·       Support to Contract Administration   Skills, experience and qualifications required ·       Project Management ·       Core Process Development ·       Detailed planning, profitability ·       Feasibility and economic impacts ·       Risk and Opportunities Analysis and control plans ·       Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program ·       Ensure project meets requirements and objectives ·       Transition & Change Management ·       Continuous Improvement ·       Supply Chain Management ·       New Product Development ·       Good knowledge of Financial parameters ·       Fluent English ·       Experience in manufacturing and financial preferred with experiencedigital transformations aspects ·       University Curricula.
