Royal Caribbean Group's Shipboard Talent Acquisition Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Private Destination Recruiting Coordinator reporting to the Director, Shipboard Recruiting.
This position will reside in our Nassau Bahamas recruitment office.
Position Summary.
This position works with our on the ground recruitment team in Nassau, along with Recruiters and Operations.
The TA Recruiting Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in an efficient way.
The role will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team, with the objective of efficiently and successfully coordinating various internal recruiting administrative activities.
The Recruiting Coordinator may support the recruiting process by, scheduling interviews, assisting the recruiters with the hiring process, ensuring completion of background verifications, preparing offer letters, and sending and receiving new hire paperwork, among other activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
* Act as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers during the hiring process * Assist recruiters {up to 6) with recruiting initiatives {e.
., department open houses, social media outreach, etc.) * Schedule interviews and forward candidate information to hiring managers.
arrange travel for candidates as needed * Assist recruiter with initiating background process and ensure completion of background verification and credentials as required * Support recruiter with offer letter creation and send to selected candidates * Collaborate with recruiter with sourcing strategies and methods to develop proactive talent pools that align with both the short and long-term needs of the business * Staying current with current market trends and adjust sourcing and recruitment approach accordingly * Partner with recruiters to plan and coordinate career events (may be required to travel for event support) * Help support candidates with application and onboarding activities * Produce candidate activity reports as needed * The recruiting coordinator will be expected to follow all policy and processes within TA and HR Qualifications knowledge & skills.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a fast-paced administrative role * Customer centric experience at all levels of the organization preferred * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office * Organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workflow * Ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the business * Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS (preferred) * Excellent customer service experience and the ability to be responsive on a consistent basis * Must be a team player * Power skills.
