Your #FutureInSight with EssilorLuxottica   Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible!​   Your role We are looking for young talent Junior Process Engineer, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Operations Sites in Agordo (BL).
You will put your hands on different challenges working within a dynamic, markedly young and international environment, and you will have the opportunity to face a stimulating and constantly evolving business strongly focused on innovation and technology.
It is an unmissable opportunity to give your contribution to important transformation projects within EssilorLuxottica's Process Engineer Business unit.
Main responsabilities Support the team in medium-to-long term process engineering projects.
Collect, organize, and summarize data and technical information from production and office activities.
Participate in daily meetings and contribute to report development and analysis.
Organize and perform tests on the production floor, supporting process validation and improvement.
Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to address technical and operational needs.
Maintain regular communication with colleagues across departments and functions.
Main requirements.
Educational background in Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Knowledge of materials processing and industrial manufacturing principles.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in data handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate and collaborate effectively.
Proactive and solution-oriented attitude with a passion for challenges.
Ability to take responsibility and work independently when needed.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
