We are currently undertaking a major initiative to modernize our tech stack to a fully distributed system to support our business growth for the coming years.
Who are we looking for At ShippyPro weve built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library and were seeking an exceptional UX/UI Product Designer to lead the design of our logistics innovation roadmap and work closely with our development team.
Your mission will be to craft user-centric designs create intuitive interfaces and ensure our solutions offer an exceptional user experience in this rapidly evolving industry.
This is a hybrid remote position with 2 days a week in the office in Florence Italy.
What you will do Own the end-to-end design process from high-level ideation through to detailed design and validation in the market Develop wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas Collect and analyze feedback from customers stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements iterating on designs based on user feedback Use data A/B testing qualitative research and usability testing to optimize user experience and interface design Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to define and track design metrics and KPIs Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process What you will bring to the table.
You are a strong problem solver You have 3 years of experience in UX/UI design in building digital products SaaS.
You have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
Familiarity with AI tools Experience with Web-app and API-based products Full professional proficiency in English What we can offer.
