Your Role As part of your position, you will develop new recipes and concepts in the plant-based sector (including milk, yogurt and cheese alternatives).
In addition to selecting suitable raw materials, you will act as a consultant (f/m/d), providing your expertise on existing products and new product concepts for both internal and external inquiries.
You will independently produce samples of products and concepts and present them both internally and externally to customers.
As part of a dynamic and strong team, you will lead new and existing customer projects and independently coordinate customer workshops.
You will work closely with relevant interfaces in Sales, Product Management and Production.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food law regulations.
You will provide technical and operational support during scale-up processes in our production sites, at customer locations, and at our pilot plants.
Your Profile You have initial relevant experience in product development for beverages/foods, ideally with a focus on dairy or dairy alternatives.
You have a degree in Food Technology or a comparable education/training background.
As a specialist (f/m/d) in your field, you are well-versed in both the raw materials used and the production processes.
Your colleagues (f/m/d) value your positive, innovative, and results-driven approach.
Your organized and detail-oriented working style is complemented by your strong team spirit.
You possess solid project management skills and can confidently present your project results to customers and colleagues (f/m/d).
You have some initial knowledge of SAP.
