What youll be doing As a Product Marketing Consumer Lead youll play a key role in driving the adoption and engagement of our Consumer products by leading a talented team and executing impactful marketing strategies.

Lead and Develop the Team Coach mentor and empower a team of product marketing specialists fostering their professional growth setting clear goals and ensuring high-quality output.
Develop Product Marketing Plans Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies to drive consumer product launches ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.
Optimize Marketing Channels Systematically test new channels and strategies to maximize user acquisition and engagement for investment products.
Drive Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with Product CRM and Creative teams to align on go-to-market strategies product positioning and messaging for effective launch campaigns.
Ensure Continuous Improvement Continually assess program effectiveness employing industry best practices and seeking opportunities for improvement in our investment product marketing efforts.

If youre curious and ready for real ownership youll fit in! Does this sound like you Leadership Experience You have 8 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of leading managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
Excellent Communication Skills - You demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly in both written and verbal forms.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment You have a highly driven and goal-oriented approach ideally with previous experience in a fast-paced or tech company environment.
Data-Driven Expertise - You have a strong background in digital marketing including paid media social media CRM and affiliate marketing strategies.
Strategic Decision-Making - You display strategic decision-making abilities with the capacity to prioritize and make informed decisions under resource constraints in a dynamic environment anticipating future needs.
Innovation & Execution - You show innovative thinking with a track record of translating strategic insights into actionable plans and tangible results.
Passion for personal finance and investment products - You have a strong interest in personal finance and investment products staying informed about the latest industry trends to develop relevant and impactful strategies.
Languages - You are fluent in both Italian and English essential for effective communication within our international team and markets.
