Key Responsibilities.
Product Strategy.
Define and implement the roadmap of innovative digital products, with a particular focus on Gen AI solutions; Stakeholder Management.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interface with internal and external customers to collect requirements and feedback; Digital Innovation.
Identify market opportunities and technological trends to develop new digital solutions Backlog Management.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Agile/Scrum methodology; Go-to-Market.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for the launch of new products Analytics & Performance.
Monitor product KPIs and define success metrics; Compliance.
Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly in the financial and insurance sectors.
Essential Requirements Experience.
5-10 years of experience as Product Owner; Digital Innovation.
Proven experience in managing innovative digital products; Generative AI.
In-depth knowledge of Gen AI technologies (LLM, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and their business applications; Agile Methodologies.
Consolidated experience in Scrum/Kanban methodologies; Technical Skills.
Understanding of software architectures, APIs, cloud computing; Degree.
Preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or similar disciplines Languages.
Native Italian, fluent English; Preferred Requirements Financial Sector.
Experience in banking and/or insurance; Regulation.
Knowledge of financial sector regulations (GDPR, Mifid II); UX/UI.
Experience in user-centered design.
Soft Skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills; Strategic thinking and focus on result; Ability to work in dynamic and multitasking environments; Problem solving and decision making; Aptitude for innovation and change.
