PRODUCTION MANAGER - MANTOVA

Your roleWe are looking for a Production Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee the industrial production activities for our new Plant in Mantova.
uring the initial phase, you will be involved in the setup of production lines, the formation of work teams, and the creation of operational guidelines and production/process KPIs.
nce the plant is operational, you will manage the entire production process independently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and production parameters.
All activities will be aligned with evaluation metrics monitoring production flows.
ou will be responsible for achieving established production goals, while managing the budget efficiently in terms of both costs and output.
