In the framwork of Thales Alenia Space (TAS), Country & Equipment Italy team (CCHEI) needs a resource fully dedicated to the identification of specific CCHEI products, their cost breakdown and their positioning on the market.
This resource will interface  TAS Country & Equipment PLM, the product Managers in CCHEI, the S&M organisation.
Main task.
- Review the set of strategic documents prepared in the frame of Go-To-Market process to verify the matching with DEQ-I strategy (SBP, MYB,…) - Review the Product Policy and the Products Life Cycle (at C&E and CCHE-I) to match the products policy with the market trends - Review/Elaborate S&M information about market trends and competitors positioning and evaluate TASI products competitivity - Recommend the use of DEQ-I R&D funding - Support C&E VP or DEQ-I director in Gate 0 and Gate 1 decisions MISSION.
The mission of this position is the coordination between the Sales and Marketing (S&M) organization, the Equipment Product Line Manager (at C&E level), the Hardware Engineering CC organization in Italy with the aim of improving the efficacy of the Equipment Italy (DEQ-I) in the contracts acquisition, through a continuous and rigorous matching between the market opportunities and the positioning of TASI products.
The PD Manager in the Equipment Italy organization (DEQ-I) reports to DEQ-I director.
ACTIVITIES.
