Your Role We are looking for an energetic and driving Profit Recovery Project Leader with strong competencies in cross functional multi project team leadership project management and industrial cost structure analysis.
In this role you will be part of the Equipment Research & Development Department at Technogym Village (Cesena Italy).
Your Impact Ownership of Specific cross-functional and Area Projects.
Periodic updating of the product range plan to 3-5 years taking into account the new product development plan.
Leadership of the cross-functional work team for the detection of ideas and project perimeters for the research and definition of Profit Recovery initiatives.
Scheduling monitoring and expediting of the progress of activities and continuous updating of Profit Recovery forecasts in order to maximize the annual Profit Recovery results in reference to the expected goals.
Variable cost of products evaluation comparative analysis of BOMs to support Product Developers to apply Cost driven Design logics.
Collection and verification of project sheets and economic and financial evaluation of Profit Recovery initiatives.
Definition and promotion of tools for products variable cost evaluations and definition of the needed views for understanding the cost structures and their evolutionary dynamics.
Promotion and moderation of brainstorming for the generation of new Profit Recovery ideas.
Periodic reporting.
About You Masters Degree in Engineering or a similar field Knowledge of the technical structures of mechanical and / or electronic products Knowledge of the manufacturing processes of mechanical and / or electronic products and of the industrial cost values attributable to the various components Expert user of Excel and Power Point Knowledge of the operating logics of Company ERP (SAP) and PDM (Windchill) Knowledge of the main methodologies and use of planning tools (MS Project Smartsheet) Nice to have.
Experience in the construction and analysis of industrial cost structures and Knowledge and experience in the use of costing tools for mechanical and electronic components Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills Organizational analysis and synthesis skills Wellness oriented Proficient in English Enthusiasm Humility Pro-activity Passion and Ethics complete the desired profile.
