The project at hand is for the construction of a new build biomanufacturing plant based located on the East Coast.
Essential duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following.
The PAC should display exceptional time management skills that ensure the project has quality outcomes while meeting their associated deadlines to assist in driving the project to completion.
The role requires excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and/or act as a liaison between the Construction firm, Architectural and Engineering firm, project team, and the client to meet project requirements, scope and objectives.
Excellent Administrative skills required, including bu not limited to.
ritten and Verbal Communication, Maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines.
Schedule, coordinate and attend project meetings - Capture and distribute meeting minutes, follow up with project team deliverables Track monthly expense card Manage site visitors May be assigned other project specific duties to support the project team Desirable Experience.
Microsoft Suite expertise Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication Requires extensive experience in administrative support Excellent communication Microsoft Suite expertise Self-Starter (don’t wait for direction/permission) If this role is of interest, please apply now.
