GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Project Manager (PM) manages the assigned projects from the engineering and filing of the required permits to the commercial operation date (COD) according to the EDPRs strategies and guidelines and guaranteeing the projects are carried out under the best practices in order to contribute to the successful fulfillment of the business plan.
What you will do.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT o In charge of the assigned projects from the engineering to the handover to Asset Operation department (after COD) according to the EDPRs procedures.
o Guarantee the fulfilment of delivery time and project costs from the beginning of the permitting stage throughout the construction and until the COD.
o Measure and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
COORDINATION o Supervise and coordinate EDPRs teams involved for each assigned organic project phase (engineering development construction purchasing financing M&A Energy assessment environment legal consultancy...) in order to ensure the complete coordination of all tasks.
o Supervise and coordinate EDPRs teams involved for the due diligence of the assigned acquiring project in order to ensure the complete coordination of all tasks.
o Liaise with the relevant EDPRs department (Project Development E&C P&C Accounting Legal) and work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify project risks barriers and issues and propose possible solutions and mitigation strategies.
BUSINESS PLAN AND BUDGET ELABORATION o Planning budgeting controlling and reporting of the assigned projects in accordance with the EDPRs Business Plan and in coordination with the relevant EDPRs department (M&A P&C ACT).
KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMPETENCE SECTOR o Identify and forge potential cooperation with other companies developers competitors and supplier understanding in great detail the renewable market in Italy knowing competitors and the main participants in this business (included Wind Turbine and PV module supplier Electrical and Civil Works contractors and suppliers engineering advisors) o Foresee risks and threats to guarantee the Companys competitive position.

RELATIONS WITH THE AUTHORITIES o Keep the progress on the assigned projects up to date promote the interchange of information and ensure that the objectives are timely met according to the budget.
o Establish a network of high-level contacts throughout the part of Italy with frequent presence on the territory.
INSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATION o Represent the Company before TSO and DSO and other organizations in the sector and before Public Administration and Elected people with the aim of defending the Companys strategic interests.

REQUIREMENTS.
Master Degree in Engineering/Management Languages.
Italian and fluent English 5-8 years experience in renewable projects management SKILSS/COMPETENCIES.
