PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

Nell’ambito dell’attesa nuova apertura, la prima internazionale del rinomato gruppo francese nell’hotellerie extra lusso, in questo ruolo supporterai il team Finance & Procurement nel settaggio dei processi aziendali, contribuendo attivamente allo sviluppo della funzione sia in ambito pratico e logistico che nel rispetto dei principi di controllo di gestione.Nello specifico ti occuperai di:1) gestire l’intero processo di acquisto dall’ordine alla ricezione merce,  con supporto operativo al magazzino, tracciando il tutto mediante il gestionale dedicato.2) definire i tempi e le modalità di richiesta e prelevamento dal magazzino da parte dei reparti operativi, garantendo il rispetto delle procedure interne per tracciamento puntuale dei trasferimenti (ed eventuali rientri o reintegri).3) coordinare le attività giornaliere di inserimento bolle con puntuale verifica della correttezza delle quantitá ricevute, segnalando eventuali anomalie.4) organizzare gli inventari mensili dei magazzini principali (food, beverage e main store) e trascrivere/contabilizzare quelli forniti dai reparti per la chiusura dei consumi di fine mese.5) organizzare gli inventari trimestrali o semestrali rispettivamente dei magazzini 50 items ed equipment.
