QBMS SME

QBMS SME - Toulouse, France - 12 Month Contract Our client, a global biotechnology organisation, is recruiting for a QBMS SME to join their capital project in Toulouse.
This new build facility will house a therapeutic protein production plant, and we are looking for a QBMS SME to help expand our client's biotech operations throughout Europe.
As the QBMS SME you will be responsible for implementing all safety requirements for a new build facility, estimated at approximately m2.
Responsibilities.
Collaborate with Users, HVAC Engineers, System owners and operators during design & execution phase Develop and execute (commissioning) protocols, test plans and reports, and documentation to implement, maintain, operate and validate cG(x)P automated systems Coordinate, support and maintain applications/systems during the project phase till handover to Technical System Owner Manage project vendors, subcontractors, and other automation engineers as assigned.
Configure QBMS/EMS system as required.
Leading and driving improvement initiatives to support department objectives, using improvement tools like A3 thinking, lean 6Sigma or JJOS.
Requirements.
A technical education/ degree in Industrial Automation or relevant engineering subject area is preferable, at Bachelor level or higher.
Demonstrated experience working in a similar role with extensive working experience.
Experience in industrial automation technology and standards, validation and/or recipe management in pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Experience in a GxP regulated environment and proven knowledge of current Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP).
Expertise in Building Management Systems (Priva/Honeywell preferred) and good knowledge in IT application infrastructure and automation systems required.
Climate technology education for example KLI-A, KLI-B, KLI-C and MRK-A is preferred.
Proficient knowledge of P&IDs and instrumentation/control equipment in an industrial environment.
Project Engineering / coordination experience is preferred.
