QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Quantity Surveyor - US, Indiana - 12 Month Contract This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Indiana, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
Responsibilities.
Provide comprehensive cost control and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle Support all aspects of contract administration, including preparation of RFQs, bid reviews, contract issuance, change management, and claims Manage and track change orders, ensuring timely review and resolution with contractors and internal stakeholders Assist with the preparation of monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and earned value analysis Liaise closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment on budget and cost performance Monitor contractor performance against contract terms and identify commercial risks Participate in regular progress meetings, offering insights on cost trends and risk mitigation Support procurement strategy, scope alignment, and subcontractor negotiations as required   Skills and Experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Requires extensive experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably on large-scale CAPEX or life sciences/industrial projects Demonstrated contract administration experience in a construction or EPCM environment Familiarity with various contract forms (e.
., GMP, EPCM, lump sum) Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities If this role is of interest, please apply now! #LI-AN1
