Your role As part of the regional Real Estate team, you will handle strategic real estate projects such as lease renewals, relocations, acquisitions, and sales, focusing on the EMEA region.
You will work closely with corporate and local teams to ensure alignment with the company’s overall real estate strategy and business needs.
You will support the team in overseeing the regional real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, occupancy, sales, profitability of retail network as well as compliance with strategy growth of the group.
Through analysis you will support the team to ensures store portfolio is maintained and improve the footprint focusing on Sale and Costs.
Main responsibilities.
Analyze the business rationale of each project with local teams Align EMEA real estate initiatives with global Real Estate strategy Support Local Real Estate Teams in the definition of Lead meetings and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders Conduct financial analyses and real estate market benchmarking Provide strategic recommendations based on thorough evaluations Foster strong collaboration with other business units and EMEA Real Estate teams to become a trusted advisor   Main requirements.
Educational background in Economics or Engineering Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Excellent project and time management abilities Independent judgment and adaptability in a dynamic environment Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus Prior experience in Real Estate is a plus   What’s in it for you In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
