For an important luxury Boutique in Roermond Outlet, The Netherlands we are looking for an Assistant Manager.
PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE The Assistant Store Manager´s role includes major responsibilities.
He/she supports the Store Manager in his/her day-to-day management of the store and the team.
He/she works closely with the Store Manager on operational management and performance optimization (sales volume, profitability, customer portfolio, etc...).
The Assistant Store Manager primarily has a coordinating role and works closely with the team.
He/she creates a dynamic team by conveying his/her commitment, enthusiasm, dynamism and passion and achieving the best results.
All his/her efforts are focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in identifying strengths and areas for improvement within the team.
He/she is responsible for coordinating development programs and training and provides regular support to the team during these processes.
Finally, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the store when the Store Manager is absent.
Assistant Store Manager responsibilities and expectations Sales & Management.
- Monitor and participate in sales practices in accordance with company policy and ensure that the team ensures excellent customer service (pre-sales, sales, after-sales).
- Have a good knowledge of the products and prices.
- Analyze the Sales Team objectives assigned by the Store Manager and follow up on their achievement.
- Make the store look exemplary (furniture, technical equipment, lighting, etc.) and ask about any (technical) maintenance that may be necessary.
- Ensure the perfect visual image of the store and display cases by adhering to Visual Merchandiser guidelines.
Development and human resources management.
- Organise integration programs so that new employees can integrate quickly and effectively.
- Provide training programs for staff to improve product knowledge, customer service, visual merchandising, sales techniques and stock management.
- Ensure that all tasks are carried out in an effective and effective manner.
- Assist the Store Manager with the daily morning briefings by increasing team enthusiasm, motivation and engagement.
- Assist the Store Manager with periodic personnel reviews - Manage all incidents in the workplace in a fast and professional manner, working with Store Manager involves disciplinary action, if necessary.
Operational.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Ensure that all guidelines are followed in the store (including health, safety, loss prevention, personnel policy, cash management,...).
- Assist the Store Manager in developing the schedules and following up the annual holidays.
Always ensure that there is enough staff available and ensure the proper functioning of the shop.
- Prepare and address the visual report to the Visual Merchandising Department in Milan.
- Supervise the organisAtion of stocks and ensure accessibility of the various items.
Manage specific supplies such as packaging materials and VM items for internal use.
- Supervise the receipt of the goods, the planning of deliveries as well as the management of the stock and ensure that it is always set up effectively and relevant.
- Manage the warehouse kidney(s), manage his/her schedule as well as his/her recruitment, annual holidays and absences.
- Manage orders of shopping bags and packaging - Support the Store Manager in the division of administrative responsibilities and follow them up (sales reports, cash register, delivery reports, suppliers, HR administration, etc.) and supervise the procedures and controls related to the money transfer operations.
