Your key responsibilities Lead and deliver complex operational due diligence engagements with a specific focus on carve-out implications and synergy assessments from both a financial and operational perspective.
Drive separation projects supporting clients in the execution of carve-out initiatives.
Design and manage Separation Management Offices (SMO) including governance structures workstream coordination and KPI tracking.
Oversee the planning and execution of Day-1 readiness activities to ensure business continuity between signing and closing.
Support the development and negotiation of Transition Service Agreements (TSA) ensuring effective delivery and monitoring post-closing.
Skills and attributes for success Proven experience (4 years) in the M&A context (consulting or corporate roles) throughout the entire transaction process (pre and post deal).
Strong financial/accounting background and excellent skills in Excel modelling Strong project and program management skills including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
Effective communicator both verbal and written with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills including the ability to coach and develop junior team members.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
