Here, you will feel welcomed, respected, and valued as an important contributor to our diverse team OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE Deliver SAP support, within your functional area, focusing on SAP Commercial, integration with third-party systems in commercial, billing processes and Digital commerce (Hybris).
Collaborate with other workstreams, including ABAP Development, BTP Development, Logistics and Warehouse, when necessary.
Coordinate with business process leads/owners (BPL/BPO) to prioritize requirements, actively reduce the backlog of open change requests through consistent delivery and monitor the status and progress during regular status meetings.
Lead and manage status calls within your functional domain.
Deliver the planned scope within the agreed timeline, meeting required quality standards and adhering to the delivery methodology outlined by ICC leadership/ERP Platform.
Ensure meticulous documentation of change requests in design or technical files, effectively track progress using required IT tools, and prevent rework due to returned documents from approvers/reviewers.
Promptly identify and report risks and issues to BPL/BPO, ICC SAP Commercial Team-BOTT Coordinator, or ERP Platform, while proactively developing and implementing mitigation plans to overcome blockers.
Collaborate with the ICC SAP Commercial Team-BOTT Coordinator and ERP Platform Commercial Team to deliver change requests, ensuring proposed solutions align with implementation strategies and SAP templates.
Foster an integrated approach to design, build, deployment, and operations for your product line by understanding, managing, and communicating dependencies in a timely manner.
Stay informed about functionalities implemented by ICC SAP teams or ERP Platform teams to maintain the independence and efficiency of your work.
Ensure continuous learning of SAP based solutions and stay up to speed with new releases.

If capacity allows, collaborate with ICC SAP Commercial team on delivery or ICC lead projects CORE ELEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ROLE Participate in Product Line Strategy and roadmap for Product Line ERP Commercials Engage with business stakeholders to collect end user stories and requirements Subject matter expertise Project deployment and product line capabilities adoption Innovation and continuous improvement Key stakeholders are business process owners, country leads, leads within the ERP Product Management Group and IT Business Leaders.
DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise Solid expertise in SAP SD Good overview of interaction modules like SAP GTS, MM Exposure to SAP S4/HANA Good overview of interchange to SAP Cloud Products (E-Commerce, BTP and others) Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry Experience assessing complex situations, state problems and drive the generation of solutions Good understanding of how to evaluate costs and benefits, or pros and cons of IT solutions Experience in driving the selection of the best possible solution EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS.
Required.
Minimum of 3 -4 years of SAP functional, configuration and/or development experience in SAP SD.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Commerce or equivalent.
Experience in a full lifecycle implementation for a major SAP application implementation.
Good understanding of the variety of Sales Processes depicted in SAP Proven skills to basic and central SD functions SAP technical skills (orientation in programming, database, interfacing principles and techniques) Orientation in SAP SD user exits and custom extensions Experience with building interfaces to commercial third party systems Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business and provider relationships.
Extensive experience with SDLC methodology and the validation process, including writing deliverables for validated systems.
Experience with working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions.
Desired.
Pharmaceutical industry and drug development experience.
SAP certification within module and/or technology desired.
First exposure to SAP S4 HANA desired.
