SENIOR FULL-STACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Description We’re looking for talented, friendly and adaptable Full-stack Software Engineers to help fast-track the integration of AI within our products, both for internal and external use.
In this role, you’ll join Treatwell’s new AI Engineering team, where you’ll design and build AI-powered, full-stack solutions—everything from internal automation to customer-facing features.
Your core mission will be to integrate intelligence into our ecosystem (linking platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Confluence and our own products) to streamline internal workflows and elevate the experience for every Treatwell customer.
We are seeking a software engineer who is comfortable with working in a cross-functional Agile team, with proven experience in designing/building frontend and backend applications, continuously delivering clean, maintainable and well tested code.

As a full-stack engineer you will help the team to ensure they continuously deliver high quality code, so that they can meet and exceed their goals.
You will collaborate with the other members of the team, contributing to build robust integrations with third party services.
You will help the team to define and roll out an AI adoption strategy.
You will play a crucial role in exploring, evaluating and integrating LLM and AI services/methodologies, adopting and orchestrating them in the team’s products.

You'll be responsible for.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React (TypeScript) on the front-end and Node.
s/TypeScript on the back-end.
As a team, though, we are not tightly coupled to a specific programming language/eco-system, especially in the back-end.
Therefore adaptability would be highly appreciated.
Collaborate with various stakeholders.
product managers, designers, and other engineers in an agile/ environment.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following TDD and BDD methodologies.
Integrate and maintain robust connections with third-party APIs and services.
Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
You know good UX, visual and good technical design when you see it and how to ensure quality is embedded in the software development process.
About you.
Proven experience as a full-stack Engineer or similar role.
Proficient in TypeScript and React (including hooks and component lifecycle).
Strong experience in back-end development with Node.
s or a similar JavaScript runtime.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth, and integrating third-party APIs.
Experience with TDD/BDD and writing test suites (e.
., using Jest, Cypress).
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent English communication Nice to have.
You have worked with the Java ecosystem.
Experience with AI services (e.
., OpenAI, Hugging Face, AWS Bedrock, vector databases).
Experience with LangChain, LLM orchestration, or building AI-powered features.
CI/CD pipeline experience (we use Gitlab CI/CD).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like (especially AWS).
