Youull also coordinate the daily local order fulfillment activities on assigned projects.
Additional responsibilities include quotation support, routine engineering analysis, detailed layout/mechanical design and operations support.
nn n**Your Role:**n nn n- Responsible for project management & execution of multiple jobs pertaining to various customersn n- Coordinate with Engineering team and obtain drawing approvals from the customern n- Support production by providing tactical advice and guidance on specification deviations and waigers, and other activities where requiredn n- Conduct production planning meeting to communicate the product requirement, specifications, timeline etc.
to all applicable departments including Engineering, product management, production, quality, procurement etc.
n- Review complete technical documentation package to validate product performance against customer requirements and suggest modifications as neededn n- Prepare test plans and evaluate test resultsn n- Optimize and standardize new and existing product linesn n- Collaborate with the internal departments to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer on time as per the agreed terms & conditionsn n- Other duties as assignedn nn n**Your Profile:**n nn n- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experiencen n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)n n- Knowledge of ANSYS is a plus (CFD, FEA)n n- Industrial experience in development and designn n- Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancingn n- Effective verbal and written communicationsn n- Able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and business groups globallyn n- Collaborative team player and self-starter capable of working under minimal supervisionn n- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes are a plusn nn n- Fluent English and Italiann nn n**Travels are required (10% predicted)**n nn n**What we offer you:**n nn nFLOWSERVE helps developing a systemic vision, having a full span of business and manufacturing processes typical of the multinational industrial groups, the company offers as well.
