ACL Central Operations team is currently recruiting for a Footprint & Transformation Senior Project Manager to focus on Footprint strategy and transfer projects within EMEA, AMER and APAC.
Based in EMEA, the Footprint and Transformation Project Manager will engage closely with our global teams and manufacturing sites to define the Footprint strategy planning and supporting the execution of strategic projects.
This position will expose the successful candidate to a wide variety of footprint and transfer projects while working strategically with TE Plants and suppliers around the world.
It will provide the opportunity to interact with all levels within a global organization.
This is a remote position based in the EU region.
Candidates must currently reside in an EU country.
No relocation or work permit sponsorship is provided.
Your main tasks.
Understand operational needs across Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Materials, and Engineering Lead projects from concept through execution, proposing cost-effective solutions aligned with ACL footprint requirements and securing stakeholder approval Ensure transfer and other projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals while supporting low-cost country manufacturing growth Collaborate with functional managers to meet project objectives, holding teams accountable and removing barriers to ensure on-time delivery Oversee creation and execution of detailed, realistic, and cost-effective project plans by Project Engineers, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines Monitor progress, report regularly, escalate issues when needed, and take corrective action Perform additional tasks assigned by management     Your ideal background.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering field (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Project Management, or related areas 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and direct reports Proven project management experience with internal and external stakeholders Strong track record in handling multiple projects within scope, time, and budget Experience with transfer, migration, and greenfield projects Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
