Quality Assurance Manager to support our growing business.
Based in Rothschild, WI, the Sr.
Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the quality assurance operations for pharmaceutical excipient manufacturing.
This role ensures that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in excipient manufacturing.
About the role To perform this job successfully, the essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to.
• Excipient technical experience, supplier quality management, and team leadership, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for bulk pharmaceutical excipients as outlined in USP.
• Act as the technical resource and liaison between customers, employees, internal stakeholders, third-party manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Oversee Quality System performance and site KPI’s and develop Strategic Quality Goal Plan for site.
• Perform investigations pertaining to out-of-spec and critical limit deviations.
•Oversee complaint and non-conformance trend investigations to prevent reoccurrence • Change Leader and coordinate change control activities.
• Review customer specifications, quality agreements, questionnaires, etc.
• Act as the primary liaison for customer and regulatory agency audits.
• Participate on cross functional teams to ensure the continuous, on-going improvement of processes, methods, productivity, and quality while reducing costs.
• Ensure compliance for all documentations and records to meet system and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and skills Key Requirements.
Degree in Science related field 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Excipient technical experience, supplier quality management, and facility management.
Based onsite full-time at our Rothschild, WI facility Strong understanding of industry trends, new technology shaping the industry and market requirements to help drive strategy quality and regulatory development.

The typical hiring range for this role is $ k - $k annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.
