(Senior) Supply Chain Manager Location.
Taipei, Taiwan About the role.
To lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to demand planning, supply fulfillment, logistics, warehousing/ distribution, inventory management and financial forecasting activities to limit cost and improve accuracy/customer service.
Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs.
Direct the movement, storage, or processing of inventory.
From organization standpoint, the candidate needs to have 5+ years of manager experience with people responsibilities, demonstrating his/ her leadership of Growth Mindset, People Developments, and Learning Agilities (either pharma or successful experience when switching the industries).
How you will contribute.
To lead the monthly Sales Operation & Planning (S&OP) meeting and drive the short - and long-term supply chain integration initiatives in order to align with country business objectives.
To ensure the overall management of customer information on daily sales transaction in SAP and other internal system maintenance/ coordination.
To lead the Cost Saving process, leveraging his/ her experiences in supplier management (or procurement) to drive value creation in process streamlines or alternative vendors To manage inventory and establish controls to ensure Takeda is operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk To champion digital mindset in supply chain process and drive the process simplification & improve its productivity.
What you bring to Takeda.
Degree in Business Management / Math/ /Logistics/IT management 10 years in the fields of Supply Chain and related experiences At least 3-5 years management experience Knowledge of SAP is highly desired.
Preferably experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare setting or demonstrate successful experience when switching among different industries More about us.
