The Owen, WI facility utilizes five different technologies to produce ingredients for Kerry customers and brands.
The Production Operator role is to make safe quality products starting with weighing of the raw ingredients to packaging and shipping out the finished project.
Responsible for following all applicable quality and food safety procedures and policies Ensure adherence to proper personal safety regulations, policies and procedures Follow all GMP’s, personal safety, and food safety guidelines & accurately maintain company records and forms Maintain the work area and ensure equipment is in clean and orderly condition Must be able to operate machinery and perform tasks in the production and packaging of food products Safely operate a forklift Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the Production Supervisor What You need to be Successful and Safe.
Ability to work in different climates (cold or hot) Ability to work with Cleaning chemicals Ability to work with others and to be self-directed Possess mathematical and mechanical aptitude Ability to problem solve and multi-task Basic computer skills required   The starting wage for this role is $.
This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
