Join Us as a Software Application Expert AlinIQ Digital Health Solutions Are you passionate about healthcare technology and ready to make a real impact in diagnostics Were looking for a Software Application Expert to join our dynamic team and help deliver cutting-edge AlinIQ Digital Health applications to laboratories around the world.
This is more than just a technical role its an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to our clients guiding them through the digital transformation of their diagnostic operations.
What Youll Do As a Software Application Expert youll play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of our digital health solutions.
Youll work closely with clients to understand their needs configure and implement our applications and ensure a seamless user experience.
Your responsibilities will include.
Acting as a client-facing technical expert and trusted advisor Configuring and integrating software to meet customer specifications Delivering training and ongoing support to users Collaborating with internal teams to enhance product features based on client feedback Managing project timelines risks and documentation Traveling to client sites (up to 80%) and participating in shift work as needed What You Bring Were looking for someone who combines technical know-how with exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer success.
Must-haves.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Medical/Hospital Informatics or a related field 13 years of experience with diagnostics laboratory informatics applications Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and systems (e.

LIS middleware analyzer management inventory systems) Hands-on experience with implementation configuration and support Proficiency in tools like MS Office MS Project or SmartSheet Nice-to-haves.
