About the role At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate Spa Receptionist Intern who will welcome guests and deal with all enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing.
This position will schedule treatments to maximize use of time within the Spa schedule.
What you will do Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and/or to the treatment/ pool/gym area.
Check guests’ health prior to receiving SPA Services or accessing the SPA adjusting treatment bookings accordingly.
Support in inspecting any spa area making sure standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness are followed.
Contact promptly the management team if needed.
Make reservations for facial and body treatments and organize therapists’ appointments accordingly.
Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Pool and Fitness.
Assist with other tasks within the Rooms division when needed.
Develop and present a project work to reinforce training.
What you bring Education.
High school education or equivalent experience.
Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.
Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian.
Travel required.
