Your role  We are seeking a STARS Merchandising Planning Intern who will join the team in our Operations HQ of Agordo.
STARS is a global program offered to selected Luxottica Wholesale Customers to build 360° partnership to maximize sell-out performances and service level to consumers.
STARS provides planning and assortment selection to Luxottica customers and is bases on a constant exchange of information between Luxottica and customer Point of Sales systems.
Main responsibilities.
Store planning cross market and brand.
Through analytical support, assessment of customers’ requirements in terms of inventory strategy & targets and supply chain needs and solutions.
Define an Assortment Portfolio Strategy in collaboration with Local Organization and according to market needs/customer profiles.
Facilitate and coordinate communication about sales, planning and assortments with markets/customers.
Work to maximize collaboration and information exchange efficiency with local Stars team.
Continuous market performance monitoring to define potential action for maximize store sell-out, and to improve the service level.
Prepare Product/Customer/Market Performance review about market/customers.
Make sure markets have most updated information to present assortments to their clients during Corporate and Local Sales Events.
Coordinate and implement ADV strategies/Brand activities, in collaboration with STARS Mktg Team.
Working as part of a team delivering excellent results and working within the Luxottica core characteristics.
Main Requirements.
