18+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility.
Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management.
Strong training skills and team line up, degree in management.
Advanced analiticity to maximize store´s profitability.
Effective communication skills.
Goal and process orientated.
Efficiency decision-making skills.
Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly.
Time management.
Team leadership.
Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate the team members to drive an excellent customer experience.
Fluency in English.
Good knowledge with MS Office and Power BI.

Oversee and manage all store operational tasks such as Visual Merchandising, Replenishment and Inventory processes.
Ensure all HR, legal and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in order to maintain a safe and productive shopping experience for our customers and working environment for the team.
