• Coordinare e supervisionare il team di manutenzione, assicurando una gestione efficace delle squadre di lavoro.
• Gestione presenze/assenze dei teams di riferimento • Pianificare turni e operatività del magazzino • Collaborare con altri reparti per garantire la continuità delle operazioni produttive e risolvere eventuali problematiche tecniche.
• Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e delle procedure aziendali, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e salutare.
Competenze ed esperienza • Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di piccoli/medi/grandi gruppi di lavoro o supporto degli stessi • Conoscenza dei principali Software • Procedure operative e di sicurezza • Analisi sui parametri delle principali utility di stabilimento Completa l'offerta Ottima opportunità di carriera.
