Move with us for a better world! Your Role We are looking for a resource to join our Real EstateTeam at Technogym Village in Cesena Italy.
You will be responsible for multiple activities related to the Real Estate area with main focus in actively supporting the managing supplier orders maintaining accounting records and overseeing internal business processes related to the execution of international real estate projects.
Your Impact Preparation and management of bill of quantities and purchase/work orders in line with project requirements.
Monitoring and updating the budget throughout project execution.
Tracking project progress against planned timelines.
Coordination of authorization and order issuance processes via SAP aligned with project timelines.
Management of international shipments and customs procedures for project materials.
Preparation of detailed periodic reports on project performance.
Supporting the team to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
Handling accounting-related communications with suppliers and stakeholders.
About You Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring.
Diploma in a technical/scientific field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of international shipping supervision.
