offerta the production director will have the following responsibilities.
define and implement growth and development strategies for the business unit.
ensure the achievement of shared targets by managing the engineering, energy, and operations divisions.
coordinate and optimize the activities of the engineering, energy, and operations divisions.
ensure the energy efficiency and sustainability of managed buildings.
manage the budget and ensure the achievement of economic objectives.
promote innovation and continuous improvement in services offered.
coordinate a multidisciplinary team and interface with clients and stakeholders.
motivate and grow the team.
competenze ed esperienza master's degree in civil, environmental, chemical, energy, or mechanical engineering.
at least five years of experience in a similar role.
qualifications to fulfill the role of technical manager under dm .
any qualifications required for the role of technical management supervisor under dm .
proven leadership and authority skills, acquired through managerial roles.
previous experience in managing complex facility management and engineering projects.
six sigma certification is preferred.
ege certification is preferred.
excellent command of the english language.
