The Role.
Drive Engineering Excellence We're searching for an experienced and highly skilled Engineering Team Lead to be the driving force behind the teams on one of our main products - our CRM, LeadSpark.

Extensive experience managing and inspiring high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
Backend Mastery.
A strong background in PHP + Node.
s, coupled with experience in additional programming languages (Java) Frontend Fluency.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.
s, Angular, or React.
Data Whisperer.
A deep understanding of both relational and non-relational databases.
Architectural Acumen.
A profound grasp of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
