Job Summary.
We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead and coordinate the activities of the technical assistance team, quotation processes, and technical project management.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
Key Responsibilities.
Supervise the delivery of theoretical and practical product training to customers and the sales team.
Ensure effective use of internal software tools for quotations and technical evaluations and coordinate basic training on these tools.
Provide technical support to the sales team in handling product quality claims and installation-related issues.
Ensure timely technical evaluation of customer orders in coordination with Customer Service.
Oversee support for complex or non-standard projects, including feasibility assessments and solution development.
Manage and validate technical quotations, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with company standards.
Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, monitoring timelines, resources, and risk factors Drive the development, training, and continuous improvement of Techdesign, fostering its evolution as a strategic tool for technical support and customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
Act as a liaison between technical teams to support cross-functional needs and effective communication.
Define goals, monitor team performance, and promote best practices across technical support and project management.
Develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and training materials to ensure service consistency and continuous improvement.
Requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in technical support, product training, or technical project management.
Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex customer interactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems and technical drawing or configuration tools.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Availability to travel frequently.
